Service Agreement for Stotsenberg Hotel
Welcome to Stotsenberg Hotel! Before using our services, please carefully read and agree to the following terms of our service agreement.
2. Reservation and Check-in
1.1. Reservation Confirmation: You can make reservations through our official website, phone, or other designated channels. Upon successful reservation, we will send you a confirmation including booking details and check-in requirements.
1.2. Check-in Requirements: You must provide valid identification before check-in and comply with the hotel's check-in policies and regulations. Failure to provide valid identification or violation of hotel rules may result in the refusal of check-in.
1.3. Cancellation and Modification: Cancellation or modification of reservations may be subject to applicable fees and policy restrictions. Please carefully review the cancellation and modification policy before making a reservation and notify us in advance when necessary.
3. Services and Facilities

9. Payment and Charges

4.3. Security Responsibility: You should safeguard your valuables and personal belongings. The hotel is not responsible for the security of your property. Please use the provided safe deposit box or other security facilities to store valuable items.
6. Cancellation and Termination
5.1. Hotel Cancellation: In certain circumstances, the hotel may need to cancel or adjust your reservation due to force majeure events, equipment failures, etc. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and assist in arranging alternative solutions.
5.2. Customer Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in accordance with the cancellation policy requirements. Depending on the policy, applicable fees may be charged.
5.3. Termination of Service: We reserve the right to terminate the provision of services to you if you violate the terms of the agreement or cause significant harm to the hotel. In such cases, we may terminateservice immediately and reserve the right to pursue legal actions.

6.1. Use of Public Facilities: When using the hotel's public facilities, please exercise caution and assume your own risks. The hotel is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the use of public facilities.
6.2. Third-Party Services: The hotel may offer services in collaboration with third parties, such as tours, car rentals, etc. These services are provided by third parties, and the hotel disclaims any responsibility for their services. You are responsible for assessing and assuming the risks and liabilities associated with third-party services.
4. Intellectual Property
7.1. Hotel Brand and Logos: Stotsenberg Hotel and its associated brands, trademarks, and logos are protected intellectual property. You may not use, copy, or modify these brands and logos in any way without our permission.
7.2. User Feedback: If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or opinions, you agree that we have the right to use and utilize this information to improve our services and business.
10. Miscellaneous
8.1. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this service agreement should be resolved through friendly negotiations as much as possible. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the relevant judicial authorities.
8.2. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This service agreement is governed by local laws and shall be interpreted and enforced accordingly. Any litigation related to this agreement should be submitted to the appropriate court.
8.3. Amendments to the Agreement: Stotsenberg Hotel reserves the right to modify this service agreement at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you through appropriate means or publish the updated service agreement on our website.
8.4. Entire Agreement: This service agreement constitutes the complete agreement between both parties regarding Stotsenberg Hotel services and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
8.5. Severability: If any provision of this service agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed separable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
8.6. Language Version: This service agreement may be provided in multiple language versions. In case of any conflicts or ambiguities, the English version shall prevail.
